Loffler’s (Loeffler’s) syndrome/pneumonia
DDX: Boop, vasculitis, Chronic Pulmonary Eosinophilia (areas of consolidation tend to persist longer)
Causes: Allergic reaction. Drug reaction, migration through the respiratory track by parasitic infection
Findings
Transient consolidation
”Reverse edema” pattern
Blood eosinophilia
Migration peripheral consolidations
