Working Partners/Contacts:

  • CoC: Head of IKM CoC, Head of Project Management, Offer Desk, and Customer Service. - Local organization: Local management, Head of other Business Units (BU), Account Executives, Logistics, Business Administration (BA), Human Resources (HR). - External: Customers, Suppliers, Partners, Regional and National HealthCare System representatives.



  • Develop the business strategy in order to achieve or exceed sales quotas for the sales area, and adapt the product and sales strategy to fit to local market requirements (local product positioning, specific needs of Imaging modalities, etc).
  • Enable and motivate local account executives and other BU representatives for IKM solution sales, in order to increase lead generation.
  • Responsibility for lobbying in local organizations (radiology society, purchasing associations, group of institutions, Government, local consultants' etc.) via Business Manager (BM) or local Med Management.
  • Plan and conduct local IKM Marcom activities in line with CoC and local Marcom strategies (events, tradeshows, brochures, sales push activities). - Support local sales with lead qualification, acquisition activities (presentation, demo support, technical discussion' etc), contract negotiation, closing, and responsible for offer quality and timely submission.
  • Provide IKM CoC with the most complete information about the situation of local market, future trends, business opportunities and competition analysis, and feedback on local market interest.
  • Represent IKM in the country/countries and on customer site by managing CRM activities (raise customer awareness about IKM solutions, references sites, and installed base).
  • Responsibility for f New Order volume, sales and marketing, managing sales pipeline, and forecasting and regular business review with CoC Head.



  • IT, Biomedical Engineering and/or Medical education (e.g. Clinical/Radiology).


  • Excellent command of Arabic and English languages is required. Good command of French is and added advantage.
  • Fundamental understanding of Healthcare and IT Business. - Clinical workflow knowledge.
  • Medical IT solutions knowledge. - Diagnostic imaging knowledge. - Process orientation.
  • Customer Relationship Management.


  • 4 years of experience in IT solutions business, at least 2 years in healthcare. (Clinical experience in Radiology is an added advantage).
  • 4 years of experience in marketing and sales activities or Produc Management.
  • Experience in intercultural work environment.
