Dx= glomus jugulare tumors (paraganglioma).
Ddx =aberrant jugular vein or internal carotid artery with associated dehiscence of the gugular/carotid canal
Glomus tumors are nonchromaffin paragangliomas which may raise anywhere in the body where glomus tissue is found. Those arising in the jugular fossa are called glomus jugulare, and those arising in the middle ear cavity from the promontory of the cohlea are termed glomus tympanicum tumors
