Overall responsibilities:

This is an executive leadership position with full P&L responsibilities for the Clinic Segment.?  The Clinic Segment includes private practice markets and specialty markets such as orthopedic markets.?  The P&L responsibility includes both business strategy and the business operational responsibility.?  On the business strategy side, it includes the product/?solution (hardware, software and service) roadmap strategy, and the R&D investment priorities.?  On the business operational side, it includes marketing strategy and implementation, as well as the definition and deployment of the sales and service go-to-market model.
